one of Hirado,Mikawachi kilns in Sasebo, Nagasaki.
Two birds with
butterfly inside of double circle and karakusa ivy
patterns on the back side of the plate.

The bottom center(mikomi) and outside of
the bowl is decorated by Inbande(transferware) in under
glazed blue. And hand painted in sections around mikomi.
